At Exercere, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
